If only the adults were as aware as our children!
The first Corona case came to Hyderabad on March-02-2020
We made this video on the next day ( March 3rd 2020)
On March 3rd 2020, we had a dialogue with our children. All I had to do was to ask them what they know about COVID-19.
Children told me what they knew about Corona. They were so aware.
Between all the children, they covered everything we need to know about Corona.
We all agreed to follow all the rules to keep Corona away from Sproutz…
Our beloved teachers made up a small rhyme for very young children and taught it. We even made this video on the same day!
We managed to explain to all our children, even children as young as 3-year-olds, how to be careful and they all agreed to follow.
Our children thought that we all are a team who would fight and send Corona away.
Little did they know that most of the adults around them are NOT going to be team players.
By March 17th, schools are shut.
Kids are paying the price. A very costly one.
One year later…
It feels like a groundhog day all over again.
